40 years of captured potential

Founded with a goal of restoring historic properties to their original glory, we pride ourselves on seeing a vision where others don't. Over the years our development expertise has grown to encompass adaptive reuse projects, loft conversions, midrise residential construction, and commercial/mixed-use development.

Atlanta architectural landmarks such as Mattress Factory Lofts, Wagonworks, Icehouse Lofts and 900 Peachtree Lofts are hallmarks of Braden Fellman's established presence in the industry of adaptive reuse and historic rehabilitiation.  Our goal is to preserve as many original structures as possible while increasing the supply of affordable housing in Atlanta, continuously bettering the economic and aesthetic environment of our city.
