lce House Lofts is an authentically swanky spot just inside the City of Decatur and sits right on the train tracks (my fav). It's walking distance to Decatur Square (5 mns), Yummy Restaurants, Boho shops and City of Decatur Schools. Super close to the Marta and Kroger Market. The staff here is like family & quick to respond. I've been here for 3 years and plan to be here another 3.
No question it is a unique, eclectic, kitschy, place to live with a cool community, you should check these guys out. 🙂
